RD 系列鋼絲繩熔頭機適用于各種規(guī)格直徑的鋼絲繩的熔斷，熔斷的鋼絲繩頭部不松散，呈錐形螺旋狀。

RD series wire rope annealing and tapering machines are suitable for different sizes steel wire rope. The ends of wire rope are twisted and tapered.

主要特點 Main feature

1.調(diào)整夾頭間的距離就可以適用于不同直徑的鋼絲繩，無需更換鉗口;

2.電流輸出由腳踏開關(guān)控制，鋼絲繩的扭轉(zhuǎn)和拉伸由獨立的部件控制;

3.獨特的夾頭設(shè)計確保扭斷鋼絲繩時不會松脫;

4.RD-1013型的熔斷直徑最大到60mm,拉伸力由液壓電驅(qū);

5.RD-1013DX型熔斷時的拉伸力由液壓電驅(qū)，旋轉(zhuǎn)力由電機驅(qū)動。
